The Diocese has made updates and additions to the clearance requirements for Volunteers. The Code of Conduct and Sex Abuse policies have been updated and a new Social Media Electronic Communications policy has been created.
ALL Volunteers will need to sign off on these three newly updated policies.
For Volunteers having contact with children, the Diocese has added the National Sex Offender Registry application to be completed and mailed or scanned to the address listed. (Select box 4)
Hard copies of these policies and the signature pages are available in the office. Within two weeks you should receive a letter confirming the verification. Please be sure to email a copy of that letter to lizam@stcolumbkill.org or drop it off at the office.
Thank you for your service to our parish family!
