Electronic devices provide us with information and connect us to each other. They can also be detrimental to our peace of mind and to our relationships, including the most important one with our Lord. We will discuss manifestations of this societal problem of living with electronic devices, including the many cultural changes associated with it. We will also review possible solutions involving staying connected with people in real life and forming good habits.
