Salsa Sale Printable Order Form Youth group is now taking SALSA orders from Casa de Jorge in Bethlehem, PA. All salsa is $7.00 each. They are lactose free, nut free, no artificial colors, no artificial flavors. No refrigeration required until opened. They have a two year shelf life. Salsa makes a great holiday gift and it’s great for football season! Salsa is great ANYTIME!
Orders can be turned into the office from September 26th-October 11th. No late or unpaid orders will be accepted. You can also order on the online form that will be sent out via Flocknote OR directly on the website: www.salsafundraising.com. ONLINE ORDER FORM and CREDIT CARD/EFT PAYMENT
